Return Policy

We understand that shopping online can be fun and exciting yet also difficult, so we strive to make it easy for you. 

Original shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

-The customer is responsible for shipping back ANY returned items. (Unless Local)

-Items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. You will receive a confirmation email that we received the return and looked over the item, at the email provided at check out. 

-All of the items on SALE are FINALE sale, meaning NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES

-Clothing must be unwashed/unworn with the original tags still ATTACHED.

-Jewelry and Accessories (Bags, Sunglasses, Cups) may not be refunded or returned nor exchanged

-Handmade or Customized Items may not be returned or exchanged as we personalize these items for you and send you updates and a finalized preview along the way 

-Returns must be made within 15 days of delivery date.
